Estimated Shipping time is as follows:

United Kingdom - 1st class postal service. (1-3 business days)

Postal service used Royal Mail more information can be found on their website.

Everywhere else - Traceable Service ( 5 to 14 business days)

Recorded / Signed for post is not provided as a standard service by RainbowLenses, however customers can request this ( using our contact form. )

Once a package has been sent you will receive a confirmation of dispatch via email/Instagram.

RainbowLenses are not responsible for delayed shipments caused by the postal service.

If customers require a special delivery service , please get in touch with us and we can arrange this. Additional costs involved and prices will vary.

If a customer has not received their parcel within the 5 days of dispatch please contact us so we are able to chase this with our mailing courier. Any time after 5 days we are unable to assist you and you will need to discuss any lost items with your local mail depot.

Bank Holidays - Orders placed on a bank holiday , we will post out your items on the next working day to avoid any delays / lost orders.

Prescription Lens Orders

If you have ordered a pair of prescription lens ( following the product instructions ) then all orders will be dispatched accordingly. ( See above for delivery details)

Customers who have incorrectly placed an order for one lens and not a pair , will be contacted within the first 24 hours of placing the order. No reply will result in placing the order on Hold.

No further contact from customer is required when placing an order , unless we Send out an 'Actions Required' email.
