To ensure you 100% satisfaction, RainbowLenses accepts returns/exchanges within seven (7) days of arrival.  Please contact our team via Instagram / Contact Form to arrange a return. A reference no. will be issued.


Returns and exchanges are only available on unopened items & in the original condition purchased from RainbowLenses. We do not issue refunds.

Returns/exchanges will only be permitted if products are defective and in the sealed packs. We do not reimburse customers for the cost of returns. We will require proof of returns in the form of a picture.

Due to the nature of the product  , we do not exchange any lenses that customers have opened simply because the choice of shade / style is no longer  preferred.

Refunds are only issued if customers have reordered an item(s) for an agreed date but have not received them or have ether been delayed or discontinued. RainbowLenses will provide you with further information.
